Setting Goals
The process to integrate staff from the global talent pool is easier than you might imagine. BPO Resources can guide you step by step from initial interviews and staff selection all the way through training and full integration into your current team.
The first step is to identify the goals for your organization. Your dedicated implementation specialist will assist you in determining the type of staff and resources necessary for the roles that you are seeking and what qualifications are necessary. Once your goals, qualifications, and resource needs have been determined we offer two methods for staff identification depending on your needs.
Staff Selection
Our preferred method is to source multiple skilled, educated, and eager staff candidates for you and to setup interview sessions in which you may speak to the candidates and identify the top choices for the roles you are seeking. At this point if these same roles exist within your current organization we recommend that job matching and assessment tools be utilized to profile current top performing individuals within your domestic operations to dertermine the characteristics which make them successful within your particular organization and company culture.
Our assessment tools can identify those characteristics by assessment of current top performers after which candidates are subsequently assessed and the results compared to determine those candidates which are the best fit for your organization.
Of course, you may forego the assessment process and proceed directly from the interview phase however we hav found that job matching can increase your retention and performance dramatically and is worth the extra effort involved to ensure that you find the best fit and "get the right people on the bus" the first time around. These individuals are dedicated to your organization which is why we do not accept part time or pay for performance campaigns like many other traditional call centers or outsourcing facilities.

Facilities and Equipment
We utilize only state of the art equipment and technologies to bring your staff virtually into your local operation seamlessly. Our standard configuration includes a PC with a 19 inch monitor, dual core processor, and plenty of RAM and disk space. PCs with dual monitor configurations are available as well and have been proven to increase productivity within certain positions by up to 30%. PC's are configured with the latest Linux or Windows operating systems based upon your needs and each workstation includes office productivity software, instant messaging / chat software, and internet access via high speed broadband connections. Additional software may be added based upon client needs and job responsibilities. Every PC, and our entire network, is secured with the latest antivirus software, restricted storage acess, secure login and strict firewall access policies.
Telecommunication capability includes noise cancelling headsets with the latest soft-phone technology. We provide predictive dialing technology with call recording and the ability to optionally "barge in" or "listen" in live to call being made. Optional video conference technology is also available to that you can develop a face-to-face relationship with you staff.

Training and Integration
With your assessments completed, top performing staff candidates selected, and equipment and facility resources allocated, we are now ready to move into the training phase of your staff's integration to your organization.
Training is a critical step in your successful outsourcing and usage of global talent resources. Some call centers and "business process outsourcing" firms around the globe only require that you provide a script and they then send their agents to the phones. We strongly disagree with this and do not allow a campaign to begin until proper training is provided in coordination with the client. Our logic here is very simple. You would not hire an employee in your office, have another company provide them a 1-2 page document, allow them start work and expect success. This is simply not realistic and is frankly unfair, not only to you as a client, but to us as well, and more importantly the staff member themselves. We are proud of our staff and want to set each of them up for success in every relationship. We also strive for long term relationships with our clients and would prefe not to begin a assignment at all than to begin with what we see as a formula for failure with only short term revenue.
We believe strongly in client participation in the training process and, in the initial staff implementation phase, we expect the client to be the "driver" in this area. Our expert staff is always there to happily assist you with the development of an education and training program to inform and train the new staff members regarding the your organization's mission, goals, products and or services, corporate culture, and management expectations for the position being filled.
Once the training program is developed a series of training sessions via webinar, video, or teleconference will be scheduled and implemented with the new team. Post training evaluations are conducted following these sessions to insure that the new staff has absorbed the information, learned your company's processes, and are ready to perform as qualified, successful, representatives for your company or organization.
